Not everything is one size fits all I'm afraid

This past weekend we spent some family quality time in the guest bedroom watching TV and Dottie decided that the perfect spot for her was on top of a pillow. She had the whole bed, two doggy beds I had brought into the room, or all of the carpeted floor to choose from. However, Miss Dot decided that none of those options really worked for her. Instead she concluded that she needed that extra fluffy softness and comfort that only a pillow can provide. The one problem with this equation was that the pillow was a tad small for her. She fit almost her entire body on it, but her butt and back legs were left hanging a bit. She kept trying to tuck her leg in or wedge it somehow, but as soon as she would start drifting off, poof, it would fall off the pillow. She tried about three times, while I proceeded to laugh at her, until finally giving up and saying "the heck with it just let the darn leg dangle." This was about the time I realized I should probably be taking a picture in order to immortalize this moment in history.

What? I'm totally comfortable right now...

I'm so comfortable I might just sleep like this every night. Then we'll see who's laughing.
So, ha. Ha. Ha.

  4. Hi Cousin Dot! I completely understand your need to have the best spot in the house. Its called quality of life parents! I get made fun of too, because I need my tail supported on whatever pillow I decide to lay on. But it's not your fault! That pillow is way too small. Get your parents to get you a pillow for a king sized bed. They are much longer and you would fit perfectly. I do , and we are about the same size. :) How could you live under these sub-standard conditions?! You are a brave one Dot, a brave one.
