This is the name of the park we went to. It's actually only 15 mins from home and right next to our Mom's job and she never even knew it existed. Crazyness!
The park has lots of fields and nature trails. We were so excited to go on a real life nature adventure! Here we are setting off. Grandma even came along to help with Alven (you know since he's special).
Along one of the trails we found this very interesting wooden bridge and decided to go check it out.
This was the first time any of us pups had been on a wooden bridge which was way cool. Dottie even posed for some pictures, but the rest of us were too excited to keep going to stop even for a little while.
But guess what! Our persistence paid off and we found a great spot at the end of the bridge. Mom said the views on either side were beautiful. We don't know so much about the views because we could not stop smelling all the water and fish underneath the planks.
Once there we took a water break. We had fun smelling and relaxing.
Dottie even found a gap in the side fence and tried to get a closer look at the fish.
Mom was afraid she would try to make a jump for it (what's so bad about that???) and told her she could only sit in the middle area, far from any edges and temptation.
Well we had a great time and really enjoyed our real life wilderness exploring, but sadly the time eventually came to go back home.
We can't wait for Mom and Dad to bring us back! Hopefully next time we'll be able to catch our first wild lizard. Good times.
