I wanted to give everyone a quick update on how I'm doing and also say thank you to everyone who sent me get well wishes. They must have really done the trick because I am feeling better than ever! Mom says I'm back to my crazy puppy ways which I think is a good thing.
Today we finally got a break in the rain and it was a beautifully sunny day. I spent a nice part of the afternoon in the backyard catching some rays. You wouldn't even know anything had been wrong with me.
The only remaining clue is my leg. Look what a shoddy job that "vet" guy did on this grooming
job!
Mom jokes that it makes it look like someone started pulling threads out of a sweater. I'm not amused, but I don't let it slow me down. At least winter is behind us now so my bald patch doesn't get too cold. I sure hope Mom didn't give that guy a tip for the haircut.
P.S. Mom says she fixed yesterday's post because somehow it got all messed up after she had published it and the words were all in the wrong places. It should be good now though.

Oh, Dottie - we are so glad you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteAnd pfft! Don't vet's do a terrible grooming job? Yikes!
Not to worry - your beautiful fur will grow back in no time!
((hugs)) your friends

Vets are the worse! Why do our parents pay them! You should have seen the "groom" I got when mom took me in to get my skin checked. What kind of style is a bald patch in the middle of your back??? At least I am the tallest dog in my house, so Rosie and Diva didn't notice it. Be glad it was just your leg Cousin Dottie!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are feeling and looking great. Hope you remember what sent you in that rocky way. Don't do it again!!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you are doing better! I don't mind bald patches at all. I have several of them on my body ;o)
